1. All members and staff either are repair shop owners or employees of service centers

2. A small group of techs gathered together in the year 2000 and began emailing each other problems and solutions thus starting this web site.

3. We are not affiliated with any manufacturer, or other organization. We are independent from other organizations but respect the work of others such as NESDA.

4. Our goal is to share our repair experiences with other technicians as to enable us to repair more efficiently and profitably.
